Need a BIOS unlock for OEM HP-MSI motherboard

Hello,
I have an HP Pavilion PC with a MS-6575 motherboard. The computer has a strong overclocking potential (goes very far with ClockGen and ATT) but I can't set the Memory and CPU frequencies in the BIOS, that has been locked by HP.
So here we are: I have dumped my current BIOS, and I'm looking for someone that will be able to implement overclocking options.
I know this is not easy to do, but I am totally confident with you
Hope you'll hack that bios !
PS: Please use the download link I provide here to get the BIOS locked.bios is the original dumped bios, 306.rom is a theoretically unlocked BIOS that I've flashed but didn't get any result with overclock settings...
The motherboard is certified to support overclock by the way
