your manufacturer is not able to provide you with a new bios?

what do you need the new bios for? this is already an old board, there's no way to make it magically compatible with new processors, windows 7 or lots of more memory...

I have windows 98 and try to setup win XP32
but Ican not istall it
when I ask some friend
the answer was bios update not work as well
and must setup new bios to solve this problem

more than likely something else is the problem as you have a very recent bios already for this board. please check inside the case if it has bad capacitors
