need intel bios upgrade for dell dimension v533c

i've got a dell dimension v533c motherboard with the version A08 bios, which dell neglected to continue to update, and the thing wont allow you to put in a pentium III processor - i need the intel equiv bios for it so i can put in a p3. i've done this on several other dells that were intels, but this one for some reason i'm having a hard time finding. the number on the board is AA 713801-206

AR440BX (Aruba). OEM-only board. No bioses from Intel.

the url you gave doesn't show an AR440BX motherboard - the closest it lists is an AB440ZX. the only assumption i made was that knowing how intel works, it's not likely they would go thru the trouble of designing and building a motherboard without stamping out a few hundred thousand to sell themselves with the good ol' intel logo on them too - it's that bios that i'm looking for
