BIOS Updates forum

Hi All,
I have read through quite a few interesting posts in this forum but I have a different situation.

I want to enable VT on my Virtual Machine nvram file. The Virtual Machine is Windows 2008-R2 64 bit and the VM's CPU is Intel Xeon - E7540.

Now, can you please suggest step-wise how to go about making this change?

enable it in the bios and use at least ESX4(i)
