BIOS Updates forum

I`ve updated my bios from the official motherboard webpage,then i`ve reseted to defaluts (bad choice) all the values in bios.After that i`ve a black screen untill windows starts.I`ve tried rentering bios again but can`t do because of the black screen.Can`t see anything.What can i do?

What make, what model, where did you download the bios, is there a seperate video card in the system...
