need FULL BIOS FILE for hp pavilion 3216...atmel AT29C020

please help i need the old bios files for an hp pavilion 3216 atmel bios chip AT29C020, i have searched the web and the manufacturer's sites for the bios files but can not find anything. plenty on award and ami, but not much on atmel or pavilion specs. please help!!!!
