I'm using Amptron PM9900.
I updated my bios with file wounloaded from this site.
Everything seems good but when I try to copy from partition to partition at my HDD my system hangs?!
The problem persist even when I change the HDD.
Can somebody help

Used the file from there : http://wims.rainbow-software.org ?
This Bios still has a small Bug : it activates UDMA66 or 100 but Board is only capable of running UDMA33 - get a utility from HDD manufacturer to let your HDD only use UDMA33 .
Maybe change the IDE cable or install the VIA Raid Performance Patch to get rid of slow PCI Performance on VIA based chipsets .
