Winco is long dead
Do you have BIOS ID string? If not, please provide some more information about the board.
Looks like it has i440LX chipset. Does it have Winbond W83977 Super I/O? Does it have 128KB or 256KB Flash ROM?
I found these Winco i440LX BIOSes in the BETA BIOS collection:
