need bios upgrade been looking forever

hello everyone hope you can help me. i built a computer from several used parts including the mother board. I know its a HP motherboard and is currently running a 700mhz celoren socket 370 id like more power and celoron suxs. board has 3 pci slots onboard sound. has phoenixbios 4.0 release 6.0.4 copyright 2000 rev 2.04 by hewlett packard inc. is there a availble bios upgrade? and where? can i overclock the processor there is no jumpers. cannot overclock in bios. whats the bigest processor i can put in this? thanks all

It's HP machine so search for support at HP.

i have no case to identify the machine the board come out of there for hp tells me they cant help me. your reply seemed pretty lame to me because i would have tried hp web site before trying a msg board dont you think? i gave all the info on the board i could get in hops someone besides a lamer could help me. i really dont need any sarcastic remarks ( of course i already checked with hp online as well as the phone.) :cry:

Look what's printed on the board - in case of Phoenix BIOS there's no chance of identifying the board by software.
