need help finding the correct flash file!

all i got so far it:

256K bios
this is the info i got off an agent:
Program: Unicore BIOS Agent Version 1.9
BIOS Date: 07/15/95
BIOS Type: American Megatrends
BIOS ID: 62-0210-001437-00101111-071595-440BX
Chipset: Intel 440BX/ZX rev 3
i dont know what else i need and i cant find the right file
help?
its a pII motherboard with a 400 mhz processor
