Help with Gemlight BIOS upgrade...?

Anyone who can help me tackle this BIOS upgrade or has experience with Gemlight and DTK, thanx in advance.
What I have in an older system is a GMB-P55IPS-V0. I'm by no means an expert and the fact that gemlight's official site closed down is no help either. I did learn that DTK and Gemlight are/were cousin companies and that the boards for each are somewhat the same. I got an Award BIOS update from the DTK site for a PAM0055i board which appears to be a match to the GMB-P55IPS-V0 according to other sites like hongfaith.com. Yet hongfaith.com has a list of BIOS upgrades and has separate files for the PAM0055i and GMB-P55IPS-V0. Yet even further, my BIOS id: 2A59FD19C and Winbond I/O chip: 83887 match up the same as the PAM board. If someone can tell for sure if the PAM BIOS update is the best choice for my board, let me know. Much appreciated.

Remember to save your current BIOS before updating. I remember that someone here had problems with PCI IRQs after updating the BIOS. It's caused by improper PCI Slot Device number and can be corrected if you have a copy of working BIOS.
