Error message when trying to upgrade Bios on M570 V1.3

I am getting the mesage 'Chipset/flash part isn't available. The function will be invalid' I am trying to upgrade the bios on my M570 v1.3 board. I downloaded the file aminf335.exe and the rom files 0728s and 0904s from PC Chips. Ther bios chip is a winbond 29CO11A-15. Can anyone help please?
