BIOS Updates forum

I have Mercury KOB-810E FST motherboard. Recently I installed Windows XP Professional on my Desktop. If I boot after a few hours gap, I get an error message that I need to Upgrade my Bios or update Driver for Display Adapter or Disable Cacheing and Shadowing in Bios.
Whee do I get the Bios Update for my Motherboard which is with Intel Chipset 810E. I have Celeron processor on it with 256MB RAM. Please help me in setting up Bios upgrade since I donot know much about computers and I am a Doctor by Profession.

But the Motherboard Model is not matching. My Model is KOB 810e FST. It uses Socket-370 Processor support and when I press del key during booting, Bios setup shows it as AMI Bios rather than Award Bios. I saw AMI Bios printed on the Bios Chip of Motherboard too. Which one should I use, AMI or Award?
