CHANG TSENG CORP where are they?

My motherboard is a sone but when i look at my bios ID string the the manufacturer is beeing identify by "CHANG TSENG CORP"
I am curious here who should be making the bios upgrade I know after contacting Sono they do not have any so who is the
"CHANG TSENG CORP" ?
Do they have a site which i can not find and that maybe would have a bios upgrade <LOL>?
