Which BIOS File?

When I go to the Gygabyte Site, I find that for my MoBo, there is 5 BIOS revision files that are later than my existing, (which is labled as F1).
If I download and use the very latest BIOS Update, which would be F6a, Will it contain all the fixes that all the older ones (F2 - F5) contian? Or is it necessary to do each one seperately in order to gain all the various fixes and additions?
I am going to update this GA-7VXTH+ with a new XP 2400+ CPU and a GeForce 4 Ti 4200.
