Where is DATAEXCEL ???? I need it for MX320S MB bios upgrade

Hi, this is my problem:
I have a Maxtor 40 GB HDD, and my motherboard don´t recognize this Hard disk. I need a new flash bios, but the site (www.excelseries.com) is dead.
The ID string for this mainboard is:
03115199-i440ZX-W977EF-2A69KPWBC-00
If anybody knows where i can download this new bios release. Please help me. Thanks in advance.
