Abit BX-133 RAID is one of the boards where Awdflash does not work properly with BootBlock BIOS. UniFlash v1.30 will include some support for this board but it does not seem to work correctly - I was not able to flash Winbond W49F002U correctly. However, the unprotecting works OK.

Winbond W83977EF is Super I/O chip. The Flash ROM chip is the one with Award sticker on top. You can see chip manufacturer and type if you peel off the sticker. I can send you UniFlash v1.30 BETA with SOME support for Abit BX-133 Raid board.

[edit]:
The support for BX133-RAID is in fact in UniFlash v1.29 - so you can try it.

Does UniFlash v1.29 detect the Flash ROM chip?
