H.T. devices are relabeled 12V MXIC 28F1000AP or 28F1000PPC
compatible chips are Winboard 29C010 or SST 29EE010 or Atmel 29C010 (as examples)

1) Does the BIOS chip on these motherbords have BOOT block?
2) If I use AMINF332.exe to flash the new BIOS will it program the entire flash or it excludes the boot block (if it has one)?
3) If Iam able to get an identical make BIOS chip (blank and new) and want to program using separate flash programmer what are the steps to be followed?

1) Yes
2) If Bootblock on chip is different from bootblock in new Biosfile it will be updated - to force Bootblock update enter Eminf332 /X and enable bootblock/NVRAM programming

P.S. : Please keep to one thread per mainboard !

Board supports 5V/12V chips - maybe a Flash Voltage jumper has to be switched
