Hi all!

Thanks alot.
Here is information of my Bios:

Plug & Play version: 1.00
Here is information of my Bios:
Manufacturer: San-Li

Hi Soupy and others,
I visited
http://www.adhoc.de/mainbo/SP-P2LXB.htm and download 3 files:
1. lxb_x_a2.bin (modified date: 8/12/98 )
2. lxb_a3.bin (modified date: 10/20/98 )
3. lxb_a4.bin (modified date: 11/27/98 )
I don't understand what _a2, _a3 or _a4 means. Could you help me?
Also, I want to check whether they are newer than my existing bios because the Serial No. of my mainboard is "01/14/1999 - i440LX - W977TF - 2A69JSMBC - 00" so I think my BIOS date is 01/14/1999. If true, my BIOS is newer than thoses I downloaded.
Thanks alot.

You seem to have version A5 in your system:
01/14/1999-i440LX-W977TF-2A69JSMBC-00
P2LXB AT VER:A.5
Found here:
http://download.hongen.com/pub/drivers/ ... lxb-a5.zip
(but you obviously don't need it).

By the way, forget about a PIII on an LX board to start with.
Perhaps the Celeron 766 is the highest you can go.
Hi ajzchips - Do you have newer version of my Bios

Thanks for replying me.
Infact, I have both PIII (800 Mhz) and Celeron (766 Mhz). I try to download newer version from your path (eg., lxb_ata6.zip or lxb_ata7.zip) but it seems that they are not available. Could you show me where I could get the version. I failed to access the web page
www.superpower.com/tw/bios.htm.
Thanks a lot.

Hi Ajzchips and others,
Thanks for your information. If the A5 is the latest, there is no need to upgrade my BIOS. However, I hope there is newer one somewhere. How about others? Could you help me in this matter? Thanks in advance.
