plz help me here

i got a qdi kinetiz 7E-A.. i m trying to flash my bios usind the awd flashing utilities several verisons of them but i get an uknwon flash type error...
the weid thing is i downloaded the weird winflash utility and it could find my flash type as :SST 395F020 but cant flash it cause it says the bios doesnt support win mode...
bios id is "8363-686B-6A6L-MQ19C-OO
