Can't find Bios for K6XV3+ VP3 mainboard

I have a K6XV3+ motherboard with an AMD K6 2 400MHz processor and 64MB of ram and a little 4MB PCI card. I replaced a bad hard drive recently with another older drive which worked no problems closed it up and rebooted not a problem. But every now and then I get a no signal message on the monitor at startup and I have to shutdown and restart then it boots to the OS. I've done the usual checked cards in slots changed power chords and outlets etc. Any ideas??
I havent been able to find a bios to match this mainboard I've come across a K6XV3+/66 but not the version I have which is VP3-586B-CD-2ALED4YC-0. To scared of stuffing up to use the others I've found but don't quite match.
