Hello @ all,

i have a problem with my Computer. To install an Operating system i need the original Bios for "W6151MS".
To make my 80GB Harddrive runable i need an newer Bios. How can i find those biosupdates?
The discription of them what now is installed:

W6151MS V1.1B5 020801 09:30:26
06/28/2000-i440BX-W977-2A69KM4FC-00

after the installation of win98 the display stops at:
looking for plug&play monitor driver.

The only i can do is to restart and then stops the computer with the same message on the same point.

In my opinion, ther is a problem with the graphiccard on board.

Some times ago, i´ve installed the old bios to install the operating system and a new one to can use the Harddrive of 80GB.

Both with the same Bios failed!!!

I hope, you can understand, wath i mean?!?!?!

Did you clear CMOS after the upgrade?

Tried booting in safe mode?
