HP Pavillion 6640C bios update needed

I have been searching for a bios update/upgrade for this computer. i am trying to install win XP on it and i get the blue screen of death telling me to upgrade my bios because of the ACPI.

OEM version of Asus P5S-VM. Latest bios upgrades have no mentioning of fixing ACPI. I think this one simply is not compatible.
