bios update failure Award bios

I was trying to update an ECS P6IWP-Fe version 1.1c 12/21/2000 to V1.2 05/11/2001. I lost power during the update...needless to say the update failed. Now it won't post or boot. I was told that I would still be able to update through the an autoexec file, but I don't know how to write one that will start the flashing program and flash the memory. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
