i have a PCCHIPS m920 mobo,
i am in dire need of a bios upgrade.
i have been able to find one yet, and i was hoping you briliant folks could help me

i think its a AMI bios, but im not entirely sure. . . .

Thank you very much, but. . . theres one problem, after i DL and unzip it, it i'll click on the icon but insted of installing it it asks what program i should use to open it, and i have NO clue on what to use. . .
so if some one could hepl me with this also
