You have not posted your complete string
(e.g. 03/31/1999-SiS-620-2A6ING5AC-00 ) and BIOS OEM message
(e.g. BIOS VER:1.03 (21102) )

but at first look it could be BCM IN-620

There is a patched BIOS you can test if you are looking for large HDD support.

Oh, you did post part of the BIOS OEM message - DR724.
Is this a Packard Bell system ?
