Intel RC440BX board. Flashed from P04 to P08 fine. P14 not.

I don't want to fry my mainboard by doing this wrong. I've tried exactly what Intel advised regarding making the boot disk for 4R4CBOXA.86A.0020.P14.
When I boot with this disk it seems to run the program and tells me to remove the disk and reboot. But everytime (tried at least 10) I go into setup the BIOS is the same.
However the disk that I made from Gateway for P08 worked fine. But I'd like to get P14. Could I move the info for P14 over to said disk and use the .bat file that worked?
Just wondering if any of you could help me.

If you have OEM board from Gateway, you can NOT flash the BIOS from Intel using their utility. You can do it using the recovery jumper.

Thanks alot.
