Please post your FULL bios-ID and not only parts of it with an incorrect string at the end !

6A6S2M49C-00

looks like a MSI Board - please have a look at your board for a model number like MS-6167

I noticed after reading some more that the software ''Bios Agent '' is available .

Award ModularV6.00P6
Bios ID : 10/16/200-AMD-75X-W977-6A6S2D49C-00

Not sure what this is but will include :Super I/0 977ATF...Rev 0 Found at port 30F0H ......ChipSet AMD751 Rev 37 ....

Question is should I still look at the actual board numbers ,or will the above be good ......Anyway any feedback would be great and maybe I will read some more as to the" Why ".How ".of a Bios Update .My system runs great so I was just curious as to how the upgrade would help .....Sure those questions are addressed here

"52732U6" is a Maxtor 27GB harddisk part number, not something we needed...
