BIOS Updates forum

Welp i have Finally found the leet Challenge of the Search for BIOS for this Mobo i have here..... Ive looked for weeks now to try to update my bios and have had no luck what so ever..... If anyone wants to help me in this challenge , so i can use my PC... Id be ever so happy.
