That's a GIGABYTE board. Look for the GA-XXXX model printed on your board, and then go to www.gigabyte.com.tw

But..

Every single i440BX based board from Gigabyte should have a new Bios to support HDD up to 128GB but maybe it's a Beta .

Please specify your motherboard model and we may tell you for sure .

-> Looks to be a GA6BXE or a BX2000 series and all of them have a Bios

How large is large ? You have:

BIOS ID String: 08/26/1999-I440BX-8671-2A69KG0EC-00
OEM Signon: Intel 440BX AGPSet BIOS for BX2000 V.1.8

The latest version at Gigabyte is:
01/14/2002-i440BX-8671-GABX2K00C-00
Intel 440BX AGPSet BIOS for BX2000 V.F9

This certainly supports HDD to 128GiB (137GB)

Looks like you've got the 32GB-clip on... check your HDD jumpers.

Also, have you actually got the latest or at least a recent BIOS upgrade for the GA-BX2000 installed?

With an older version BIOS, possibly you are still limited to the 32GB.

Also, if updating the BIOS, be careful of any mainboard revision numbers as when they are present you need to match the upgrade to the revision number as well as the model name and manufacturer.
