Chaplet 1500L Phoenix BIOS

Hello,
I just acquired an oldish notebook computer manufactured by Chaplet Systems circa 1998 . The FCC ID is GXLHP1500.
The BIOS installed is a Phoenix 4.0 Release 6.0 Version 1.16, dated 12/22/98.
The board has an Intel 440BX/ZXrev3 chipset.
Does anyone know of a source for a more recent BIOS version?
The machine runs alright, but it would be nice to have ACPI features etc.
