messed up bios plz help

hi guys i was messing around with my asus update program and tryed updating bious and cancelled it when i rebooted nothing happens my pc dont boot i dident make a back up i dont even get any thing coming on the screen i have a p4pe 478 socket 2.5 need urgent help in what to do ty guys hope u can help
