If a mobo is killing bios chips..

Whats probaly the faulty component on motherboard causing the problem??
I have a Delta-L that seems to be doing this. Everything looks right (but ofcourse it's not) at the eyes of a begginer like me.
I use good power supply, (at least I think it's good).It's a Seventeam420.
And the PSU is working fine in a AN7 system.
OBS:When I say killing, it's not just aoubt messing the code, but it looks to
be destroying the chip.I conlude this after i have hot-flashed a 49LF020A
(256KB) (with an AN7) , and Uniflash said it flashed correctly.So after
trying the chip in the Delta-L it didn't come to life.So a took the chip out
and tried to reflash it with the AN7, but this time Uniflash can't flash
anymore, it show red parts in the progress bar,when about 65-70% is

.The same happened with a W49V00AP (should be the same as V00A).
I don't think it has anything to do with a locked chip since first time flashing it didn't show any problems at all.[/img]
