Can please someone finds me a flash BIOS update for the below info:

Super I/O: VIA 686 rev 64 found at port 7h

Totem? Looks like PC Chips M780 to me.

Yes, you're right, Rainbow.
Totem TM-VA370V, same as PcChips M780MR, but with different OEM Sign-On.
Latest BIOS for M780MR:
