DO YOU KNOW THE MANUFACTURER OF THE BOARD AND THE MODEL NUMBER AT ALL?..USUALLY IF YOU REMOVE THE SIDE PANEL AND LOOK AT THE MOTHERBOARD YOU SHOULD SEE THE MODEL NUMBER OF THE BOARD USUALLY STAMPED IN BETWEEN PCI SLOTS OR SIMILAR..IFYOU GO TO MANUFACTURERS WEBSITE YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THE CORRECT BIOS FOR THE BOARD WITH ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS ETC..SOME MANUFACTURERS ACTUALLY UPGRADE YOUR BIOS ONLINE ...

It's RedFox/Fordlian ZX-6XP2 board. The latest BIOS is "12/17/1999-i440ZX-W977TF-2A69KF9BC-00" ("FOR ZX-6XP2 PCI/ISA/AGP MODE VER:1.3") - I can't find it online so I uploaded it to http://www.wimsbios.com/~rainbow/RedFox ... -6xp2r.bin

Fordlian/Redfox boards are sold under the "Polaris" label in Russia:
