Can anyone tell me where I can get it?

It's a Nanaimo motherboard, OEM Microstar MS-6390 V1.0 for Seanix systems.
There are a BIOS update:

But I don't know any download link.

Couldn't really find anything and they never responded to my e-mail.
Anyone else have any ideas?
Doesn't have to be a free download, i'll pay for it.
