Bios upgrade for Fujitsu Notebook

I have a FMV-BIBLO NE5/650R Notebook. This notebook can add only one RAM of 128MB. However when I try a 256 MB it works well but can not recornize interal RAM (of 64MB). I am looking for an BIOS Upgrade to resolve problem.
