Bios for IBM Aptiva 2170-27G? Anyone?

Hello!
I have been looking for IBM Aptiva 2170-27G BIOS. IBM has been removed old products like this from their site. I have found that the motherboard in this system is V75M made by Acer and found new BIOS from Acer's ftp site. Flashing was ok until next reboot: System is booting but integrated display adapter, USB and floppy controller are not working. =(
I'm not able to enter bios setup (by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Esc) "Entering bios setup" is displayed but OS continues loading normally.
Can you help me?
