Can't find correct BIOS - MB ID doesn't seem to exist, Help!

Here is the following info:
BIOS Mfg.: American Megatrends
BIOS ID: 62-0316-009999-00101111-071595-000000
BIOS DATE: 07/15/95
BIOS ROM SIZE: 256K
MB CHIPSET: SiS620 rev 2
Super I/O Chip: ITE 8661/SiS 6801 found at port 279h
I looked all over for the bios updates, but unfortunately everything is made to reference to Chipset model or MB model. The code for my MB happens to be 9999 - I can't find any info about it, nor about any place to download any bios updates - again, it is referenced by MB or chipset. Please help... I need to unfold full potential of my 60G HD which now has to suffer at 32G. Thanx in advance.
PS The screen also has the following info:
AMIBIOS Release 03/16/2000S - this contradicts with the info I got with bios utilities.
