Bios for PCCHIPS M807

Hello, i try to find bios update for motherboard M807...but no succes, could you pls help me beacuse i must done whit this PC to tommorow beacuse of work!!
The problem is that PC frezze if you do something...i install CPU COOL and temparature of CPU is 28 st C.
Pleas help me

Last BIOS seems to be 12/12/2000 W...is this what you have?

Yes this one i have...but i have still problem whit freeze computer...could it be network card or video card??

Did you try to reset the BIOS to default and see what happens?
Right now it could be a million and one things...

These boards often die because of bulging capacitors, often shorting the MOSFETs and damaging the CPU. So check them.
