It's PC Chips board - identify it at PC Chips Lottery http://go.to/th2 in the DON'T KNOW section on the left.
BTW.: Virus can't be in BIOS.

Altough I have complete formatted the pc several times and have reinstalled all programs and different operationssytems over again, I can not get rid of this problem. In my pc is no Tsjernobyl virus found, which is a bios virus. Should it be in, than I would not have been able to open my pc at all.
I need help to upgrade my bios or to make it work decently again. Do you not have any solution ?

Thank you once again.

There is no Virus in the Bios.
The CIH will try to erase the Bios but not place himself there.

Why do you think there is a Virus in it?

There is a simple boot sector protection built into the Bios (Bios Features -> VirusWarning) which will try to pop up a window, whenever any program tries to modify the boot sector, which is pretty normal, when installing any OS, so disable this option.
IMHO Leave it disabled, set boot order to "C: only" and install a decent Virus Scanner afterwards.

Latest Bios as well as other stuff is here:
