bios update

Hi there. I've got an old IBM PC 300-GL model 6561-350. The current processor is a PII 266 which I want to upgrade to a PII 350. In the current bios I can change the processor speed up to 333 so I would like to update the bios.
I've been able to find the right bios update (I think/hope) which is called NZJT29A.EXE. I had hoped that it would automatically create a diskette when started. It doesn't. All it does is that it starts a dos-window that vanishes within a second.
What can I do with this exe file or who can help me to do a proper bios update? All help most welcome.

Changes for NZKT/NZJT29A
-Fix Win98 HCT failure.
-Intermittant flash coruption when "/u" option set in flash update utility.
-fix "not enough memory" error in manufacturing test
-Change default for 233 and 266 mhz. processors to "ECC cache enabled" when ECC memory dimms are installed in system.
-Fix trouble with Madge and 3Com network cards connecting to network on a cold boot.
-System hangs after upgrade to Win98.

Thanks Kuriaki. However, there seems to be something wrong. My modelnumber is 6561 the bios seems to be for a 6591. The filename fits though with what i already downloaded. How can I go about and use it? Or should I use it at all (being for a 6591 in fact?).

I extracted the file and it seems to be for both models 6591 ansd 6561. Now what should I do to use this? I tried to copy the files to a diskette with start files on it, it shows the IBM logo when booting from it and says it's not a flash diskette and that I have to restart the computer. Afterwards I get the same message. How does this work?

First find out if you have a 440BX chipset and PC-100 RAM else this whole operation is going to be futile. If it's a 440LX chipset it will run the 350MHz only at 233MHz (3.5x66 instead of 3.5 x 100).

Edwin. Thanks, I seem to be in luck. 440bx and 100 memory.
Kuriaki. I didn't see that page, only when I opened the readme1st I noticed it's for both models.
Can you enlighten me as to how to go about using it?
