Need a BIOS update for my eMachines T3828.

I have an intel D845GVSR motherboard. When I try to flash it with the update from intel.com, it says "Unable to continue. The BIOS you are trying to update is invalid for your system."

There's the update for my motherboard.
Also, I don't have a floppy drive, so I can't use a boot disk.
My current BIOS version is SR84510A.46T.0014.P06.0410050243
EDIT: And if it's possible, I want a good BIOS. My current one is useless.
