ASUS K8V-MX Bios Problem

I have misflashed my K8V-MX with uniflash utility and now the onboard NIC MAC Address is wrong and my SATA drive won't get recognized in fresh Win XP Pro installation.
I know I should use the utility that comes from ASUS, but the damage already done, forgot to make a backup before using uniflash too...
I wonder if someone who could kind enough to send me a BIOS dump from a working K8V-MX MOBO using uniflash utility.
