Hi i Want to update my bios i am also having the power problem i also geeting earthing problem

I AM USING A ACER BRANDED PC NAME ACER APSLE-M

Plz help in my bios details are follows

It is acer branded pc name apsle-m and have aopen motherboard mk77m II

Its is must and plzzzzzzzz its urgent plzzzzz help

You can find the latest bios updates easily at the Acer website.
