Fic AZ11E bio bug

I think I have a bug in Bio trying to install an OS on a blank HD
the bio are set to boot from th CD it see the CD player and see the HD all that look good we try other CD Player other HD and other OS like Window and Linux Live CD
some time it will try to boot from the CD and other time it won't but never read the CD the only other thing is the video card is a real old pci card Was going to flash the bio but how can you flash with out window ?
