How old is your computer and what motherboard/CPU is used ?

Depending on the power of your system it might take a while to install the SP2 - a lot of work has to be done after the first reboot.

If you go SP2, put in 512MB or its "brood en koffie mee" to even start windows. Although you can run it, it will be sluggish. If you want to do some real work with it beyond browsing and typing a letter in a word processor, 768 or 1Gbyte is really recommended...

The speed of the PC is good, that's no point. But the problem to start isn't nice. Who knows the solutions of my problem?
