want a phoenix award bios v 6.00pg to increase the share memory upto 128mb
That's quite a lot information to work with. Please give us some more details if you want/need help.
Install Everest Home, it might give you an id of your motherboard, at least it should be able to see the full Bios-ID.
It is also possible your integrated VGA is limited to 8/32 or 64MB of shared memory.
