Noob at BIOS Need Help

BIOS TYPE - Phoenix ROM BIOS PLUS Version 1
BIOS DATE - 10/08/03
BIOS ID - Dell 02Y832 BIOS Version: A06
OEM Sign On - None
Chipset - Intel 2570 rev 2
OS - Microsoft Windows XP Version: 5.1.2600 Service Pack 2
NEED HELP WITH UPDATING BIOS
Think RAM I just bought from OCZ is bad too, computer has alot of blue screens. Use to be much worse but is very inconvient, if you need any other information just leave a tell.
