Mother board does not work properly

Hi Everybody,
I am very new at all this and I have a question
I have a board with LAN card, sound card and video card on it.
Recently I had to reinstall windows and found that all the "on board"
devices were not recognize by the operation system.
Is it a problem of the mother board
The board number is
63-1200-000001-00101111-032204-I865G-PPVM1904-Y2KC
and I could not find the manufacturer
Any help will be welcome
